Amy Krymkowski

…brings over 10 years of human resource and performance management expertise to her clients.  Amy specializes in helping individuals and organizations develop and implement effective strategies that promote employee excellence, quality relationships and work environments. She has worked in corporate and non-profit sectors including: retail, manufacturing and social services.  Her areas of focus include:

As an integral certified coach, Amy concentrates on helping her clients develop clarity and purpose before moving to action.  She values diversity and emphasizes inclusion, cultural competence and collaboration in her coaching practice.

Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters in Human Resource Management/Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She received her certification in professional coaching from New Ventures West in San Francisco, California and is currently a member of their faculty.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and has been a member of the Northern California Human Resources Association, Bay Area Organizational Development Network and Black Professional Coaches Alliance.
