Marcelo Ponce

. . . is an organization development consultant, leadership coach, and trainer. He brings expertise to the complexities of management and leadership and the sensitive emotional requirements of aligning individual passion and abilities to the changing and often competing demands of organizations and the environment.

He blends seventeen years of management and leadership experience as a CEO of a Furniture Manufactory and Director of Business Development in Brazil, with 5 years of international experience in Organization Development Consulting with large (i.e.; The Clorox Company/Oakland) and small profit and non-profit (i.e.; Ecomunicacao/Brazil) organizations to assist leaders and senior teams to necessary changes on the organization´s strategy, leadership and culture.

Clients describe Marcelo as a holistic and analytical thinker who combines personal warmth and compassion with high professional standards, loves working with organization and human transformation, and is very committed to shifting the quality of the organization and to achieving results.

Marcelo’s passion, expressed in his recent Master’s degree project in the US, is that of the relationship between intuition, emotional intelligence, executive wisdom and development of consciousness in senior management. Through training and coaching he assists individuals to assess and understand their talents, capacities, social-emotional and cognitive development that determine their Mindset or Frame of Reference (World View) and their current and emergent potential for mental growth and applied performance at work. With this process, he helps clients to clarify and reshape their TAO (Thinking processes, Actions and Outcomes) to bring and do their best at work. He is Bicultural, is fluent in Portuguese and English, and has conversational speaking level in Spanish.
