Tony is a national level speaker and known subject matter expert on the mapping and prototyping of knowledge practices.

As an applied research mentor Dr. Kortens works with senior organization leaders at the School for Advanced Studies (University of Phoenix) and the Capella Business School Ph.D. program. In this role he works with adult learners to develop cutting-edge research and earn a specialized doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
