Our “Coaching in the Workplace” clinic can help...
This intensive one-day workshop is designed for Leaders in busy organizations to support them in taking a “coach approach” in their roles.
A "first-ever" public offerring of what we have used successfully in corporations and public sector agencies, it improves your supervision of direct reports and all workplace relationships. Full of case studies and role-plays as well as “real-time” exercises to cement the learning of coaching skills, the "Master Coach" certified instructors model “real-time coaching,” using real work situations from their years of experience in business. The program expands participant’s knowledge of what to do in "real-time" situations back in the office. It emphasizes the power of the collaborative “we” approach, rather than the “them and us” approach.
