| Diane Foster is certified as a Master Coach, the highest distinction awarded by the International Coaching Federation. With years of experience in coaching and working with leaders in a variety of industries, and at all levels of the organization, including CEOs, she is a savvy and strategic thought partner for her clients.
Her passion is in seeing her clients feel fulfilled and successful in getting the results they need through improved use of their best skill sets. She believes in a "Human Systems" approach in her work with executives that is a partnership to look at both "vertical" and/or "horizontal" accommodation to their challenges in leadership. Some clients need support with just the "horizontal" accommodation--- doing things differently in their role so they can get a different result. Others want the "vertical" support looking at how they can take who they are to the next level. Many want help with both of these. We are called upon when there is a need to increase leadership skills and behaviors during challenging times-including need to frame new strategies, or take new roles. Frequently, this can involve support of technical experts in taking up roles as leaders. Business savvy, wealth of life experience, many years of training and rich experience coaching, are the tools that Diane Foster and her associates bring to their work in support of these aims. |
