    To create a coaching culture means that every leader and manager is trained on "Being a Coach". We use the "Corporate Coaching Clinic" as the engine to ensure that your leaders are trained in the core coaching skills. This two-day clinic gives executives, managers, HR professionals and leaders critical coaching skills and competencies, such as: Contextual Listening; Discovery Questioning; Acknowledging & Celebrating. With an in-depth understanding of the coaching process, your leader/managers can use coaching to build collaboration, improve performance management and appraisal, and build best communication practices.   • Succession Planning
    Whether you have a need to replace retiring star performers, integrate new hires, or insure your high potentials are able to really take up their leadership role, depends on how well you have designed your process and systems for this. We have solid experience in building comprehensive succession-planning programs for such organizations as Advanced Micro Devices, California State Auto Association, and AT& T Capital. Currently we are doing this work with organizations ranging in size from 150 to 6000 employees.

    We believe there is a very big difference between performance appraisal and a performance management program that includes working on appraisal and compensation issues. "Best-in-breed" performance management also needs to ensure: setting orientation after hiring, setting performance standards, involving each employee in setting their own performance goals, and insuring that each leader/manager can take a "coach-approach" to performance reviews.
